Please contact our customer service team at (909) 563-1388 or email-info@chunweius.com to initiate the return process. Our representatives will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and guide you through the process.

Step1: Pack the item
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Step2: Label the package
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Step3: Ship the package
You may ship the package via your preferred carrier, but we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Chunwei, Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Step4: Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
